The space
Our space is clean and quiet (it IS a farm, though, so animals and the tractor will be heard on occasion). It seems to be a great place to rest for people who come in from out of town to, say, work in the industrial complex up the road, or visit family locally (without imposing on their kin).

Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but due to new development north of us and work on Hwy 170 south of us, traffic can be fairly heavy and quick. Please be careful.

We would like an ETA so we can have a 2-hour window to meet our guests and show them around!

While we intend to be available for our guests in one way or the other, we have arranged things so they can check themselves in, as we are often off the premises, mowing, or working cattle.
