Welcome to an old building in Berlin, which combines the charm of bygone times with a cosy modern interior.
You enter the apartment through an old decorated wooden door and first enter the hallway, which presents itself with noble brown parquet flooring and old wooden coffered doors. On the left and on the right two bedrooms are the first to leave the apartment, offering a total of 5 sleeping places on high-quality single and king-size box spring beds. One of the rooms faces the street, the other one faces the quiet inner courtyard.
Two doors on the right lead into the bright living room, equipped with 2 large comfortable sofa beds and HD-TV, to the left into the impressive, spacious living/dining kitchen. Both rooms are connected by a double-wing door, so that the open feeling of space is further enhanced.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for everyday life and more: dishes, pots, pans, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The combined washing machine with integrated dryer is also located here. All appliances are new.
In the rear part of the apartment, facing the inner courtyard, there are 2 fully-fledged shower bathrooms and another bedroom with 2 single sleeping places on box spring beds of the highest quality, which are also standard.
Fresh bed linen and towels are of course provided free of charge.
