Spacious studio unit, private bathroom with bidet, own kitchen. A/C in the main space, loft area is electric-fans-only.

Price is EXCLUSIVE electricity. You get to control & measure your own usage. A small refundable DEPOSIT is required.

We leave the space vacant at least 24hrs in between guests & our cleaning routine involves multiple rounds of disinfection.

The space
A deposit is required upon arrival.

Typical deposit is Php 1,500 for stays of up to 3 days. For longer stays please message me.

Pls take note that the deposit is mainly security for electricity use. Electricity is sub-metered and a separate expense. Usage is measured upon checkout and any unused amount from the deposit is refunded.

About the unit:
The bed is two singles placed together to make up a king-size and comfortably sleeps 3. The loft has another single mattress on a mat.

The kitchen has an induction cooker, fridge and all the tools you will need - can opener, peeler, knives, chopping board and pots and pans.

This neighborhood is not a giant condominium complex but rather a simple, family-friendly village whose residents have been here for generations.

Enjoy an early morning jog or a pleasant afternoon walk to get to know a village with a genuine community feel, and discover its little gems for yourself.

There's a little tiangge store that sells hot, freshly-baked pandesal at 5am, and other tiangges that sell ice cream, delicious turon (fried banana wrap), fishball and BBQ.

Alternatively, there are dozens of quaint little restaurants in BF homes, and SM City BF as well as three major supermarket chains are less than 10 minutes away.
