Kot Danda Agro Resort:
Enjoy a calm and peaceful resort far from the hustle and bustle of the Valley.

The space
Encapsulating the beautiful backdrop of the Himalayas, Kot Danda is more of an experience than a resort. The panoramic view of the Himalayas and the glistening Kathmandu Valley at its foothills makes for a sight to remember for anyone. The resort hugs the scenic view with the dense community forest right under its nose. Kot Danda gives you the opportunity to wake up to this sight, every day from your bedroom.
You can come to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the Valley and re-connect with nature in the calm and serene atmosphere of the resort.

• The location of the resort has allowed for the growth of a variety of fruits and vegetables within its premises. You could easily see apples, lemons, pears and bananas all around the orchard.
• Locally bred and grown Chicken and Goat are also reared in the premises. Organic from the farm to your dinner plate.
• Bulk of the produce i.e. vegetables, come from the local farmer’s market. We serve you the organic food we promised, and we help the local community grow and self-sustain their economy.

Lele, Central Development Region, Nepal

We buy all our veggies from the local farmer’s market which gives them the opportunity to scale up their farming to meet our demands. The end result is a community that starts to become self-sufficient by doing what they do best, Farming.e about the area and how to better develop them.
