Explore everything Rochester has to offer from the comfort of our remodeled carriage house! We are located just outside the village of Churchville, less than 20 minutes to downtown. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.

The space
Our farm is conveniently located just west of the city of Rochester. We are a stone's throw from Roberts Wesleyan, SUNY Brockport, RIT, and U of R. A downtown commute takes 20 minutes or less, and there are plenty of dining options and shopping areas nearby.

The carriage house is a standalone apartment on our farm with its own private driveway. It features a private garage with a washer and dryer, and two levels of living space. The downstairs area has a large workspace, fold-out futon couch, and bathroom. The upstairs includes a full kitchen, dining area with up to six chairs, living space with a pull-out sofa bed, full bath, and private bedroom. Peaceful country views can be seen through every window. To enhance your stay, we have a Fire TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, charging station, and air conditioning available.

Our farm backs up to woods with walking trails and also borders a creek. Flocks of turkeys, deer and other wildlife frequently cross our property. Mornings are often misty and we have lovely sunset views. We keep chickens out at our barn and are working to establish a pick-your-own organic market garden.

We are a young family and strive to make our carriage house comfortable for other young families, too. A pack-n-play and high chair are available for guests if needed. We have a large (friendly) farm dog who spends a good deal of time outdoors, and ask that guests refrain from bringing pets.

We are located halfway between Churchville and North Chili. The village of Churchville has all the country charm of a rural town and features the historic Johnson House restaurant. North Chili offers a family-run grocery store, fast food options, and a great little cafe that bakes their own bread. North Chili is also home to Roberts Wesleyan College.
