Guests have full private access to the apartment and front yard. Any restricted areas are clearly labeled and/or locked.

**FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN**
Families are welcome. An additional security deposit may be requested for children under 12. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests (4 most comfortably): 2 on the king bed and 2 on the queen Murphy bed. Air mattresses are available for additional guests (extra fee). Please inquire for setup options.

**TEMPERATURE CONTROLS**
The apartment includes heating and cooling on both levels for year-round comfort.
Upper level: electric convection heaters and a window A/C unit (installed seasonally).
Lower level: convection and space heaters, plus a portable A/C and dehumidifier during warmer months.

**LENGTH OF STAYS & DISCOUNTS**
Longer stays may require an additional security deposit. Short-term bookings are typically not accepted several months in advance. Pricing is set competitively for the area and already reflects weekly and monthly discounts, so additional discounts are not offered.

**PETS**
Pets are not standard, but small pets (under 60 lbs) may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a fee ($25/night or $100/month per pet). Service and support animals require appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning related to pets.

Very convenient East Rockford location near Cherry Valley. Steps away are: Drink bar & grill, Roast's Pizza, Lung Fung Chinese restaurant, Tinder Box wine and cigar shop, a pack & ship store and a dry cleaner. Also very close to Walgreen's, El Vallarta Mexican bar & grill, Eggsclusive Cafe and Kegel's Motorcycles (the world's oldest Harley-Davidson dealership) with a diner located inside open for breakfast and lunch only... and there's always a classic Harley on display. Several fast food places are all in the immediate vicinity and Schnuck's grocery store as well. Cherry Vale Mall has Macy's, JC Penney, H&M, Barnes & Noble, a food court and other stores. Historic downtown Cherry Valley is charming and is 5 mins away. Restaurants/Bars, Shops & Services include: Salamone's Pizza and Italian food, Cattle and Cream and Market, Post Office, Public Library, Cherry Valley Apple Orchard and Baumann Park. A 24 hour YMCA is 3 minutes away. Mercyhealth Sportscore II, Indoor Sports Facility and the new Mercy Hospital Campus are 12 minutes away. Rock Cut State Park is 15 minutes away. For being in a pretty busy area, the apartment is amazingly quiet and private.
