This natural light-filled cozy unit is conveniently situated only a short walk from exciting Austin restaurants like Hopdoddy, Kiwami Ramen, and fun local spots like Alamo Drafthouse. This condo is only 5 miles from UT campus. With the bus stop at your front door you have easy access to all the events and live music downtown!

Guest access
Gym/Pool: Access is granted after registering with Town Square. (Condo's digital communication platform)

Registering with Town Square gives you access ( key-less entry) to the gym and pool. Gaining access is a two step process.

First, Irene will enter you in the Town Square portal. You will receive an email form Town Square and you will then need do the following:

Register for Amenities Access

1) Sign up and log in to Town Square

2) Click on "Requests" (left side column)

3) Click "Create Request" at the top of the screen

4) Write "Amenities Access" in Title

5) Choose Category: "Activities Center General Access Agreement"

4) Fill out form and submit

Second: After you have submitted a request via TownSq, you will need to download the VizPin Smart App from the app store on your phone.

You will receive an email from Cheryl Copeland with a code.

To enter Gym or Pool: Open app near gym door ( located at the activities center) or gate pool and enter code.


Swimming pool ( Closed on Mondays)

Other things to note
Condo regulations:
1. Cars must be registered. Irene will send you vehicle registration form before you check in.

Note: 10/03/25- CONDO CONSTRUCTION- The condo association will be replacing the staircase leading to the second floor. Construction is on hold due to unexpected repairs needing on staircases. I will give an update as soon as a new start date is announced. If you have questions, please send a message before booking. Thank you!
