The Lake House" is on the shores of Blue Waters Lake.
The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track.

It consists of a modern,spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with a peaceful outlook over the lake and a alfresco with electric BBQ and webber bbq for guests to use. Don and Kerrie live upstairs.

The space
The apartment comprises of
- a bedroom which overlooks the lake with queen size bed, ceiling fan and plenty of storage.
- A spacious living room with reclining couch, dining table and chairs, large flat screen, smart tv and split system air conditioning providing heating and cooling.This directly overlooks the garden and lake too.
- The kitchenette is part of the living space providing a large fridge freezer, microwave, sink , small appliances, crockery and cutlery. There is an electric BBQ under the alfresco for cooking and a Webber barbecue can be provided on request. There are no hot plates or oven.
There is to be no cooking inside as there a smoke alarm over the bench.
- A modern,spacious ensuite is directly off the bedroom with large walk in, waterfall shower, (which many guests make positive comments on) vanity and toilet.
- there are chairs on the lawn to enjoy the view and you have your own alfresco area overlooking the lake. There is a bbq and outdoor table and chairs for your use.
- Quality linen, bedding and towels are provided.
Please note, there is no smoking inside the unit or under the alfresco area.

The Lake House is on the banks of Blue Waters Lake with direct access to the walking track and lake. Blue Waters Lake is a hidden secret in Ocean Grove. It abounds with bird life, but is peaceful and quiet. The north facing apartment on the ground floor, has prime position overlooking the lake.
The "Lake House" is 400 metres from the river and a three minute drive to the beach or shops .
There is a fabulous coffee house "The Groove" just around the corner for a quick morning coffee. In town, just a 3 minute drive away are many cafes, great to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Further out there is an extensive choice of wineries to visit for tasting and dining.
The beach in Ocean Grove is long and beautiful. Famous for swimming or to go on a long walk. There is also the Barwon River, only 400 metres away. You can enjoy a walk, or even bring your rod and go fishing if you wish.
Ocean Grove has two shopping centres. One is in the centre of town. This has an array of cafes and restaurants, clothing and jewellery shops, a newsagency , pharmacy and a large Coles supermarket.
The other, smaller shopping centre has a pharmacy and Safeway supermarket.

We are retired farmers who enjoy catching up with family and friends.
We have only recently moved to Ocean Grove after building our dream house on Blue Water's Lake. It is a beautiful place to live and we love sharing it with others.
Kerrie loves to keep active.She enjoys going to the gym, walking, playing tennis, and working in her garden. She also enjoys looking after her grand children.
Don has a boat and enjoys fishing in the bay or on the ocean.
