There is a shared wall with another unit. Please be respectful of your neighbors and respect quiet hours after 10pm (i.e. no playing of loud music or other particularly noisy activities; watching tv and conducting normal daily activities is fine)
The light switch near the front door has two switches. The switch on the right is for the porch light and can be switched on or off. The switch on the left needs to remain on as it controls the outlet that supplies power to the TV and Wifi.
No parties, events, or gatherings of any sort are allowed on the property. You may have guests over outside of the agreed upon occupants, however they may not stay the night.
The bedroom closet is purposely secured and off-limits. Please use the armoire for storage.
Trash collection is on Thursday mornings. Most weeks the back tenants will leave the bins out on the curb , however if it has not been done, please place the bins curbside Wednesday night.
I'm Bay Area born and raised with a four year stint in Los Angeles to get my bachelor's degree.
I'm a fan of the Golden State Warriors, crossfit, paintball, exploring new music, and learning new languages. I have family based in China (expats) and have been fortunate enough to visit them many times and intern overseas during college. I'm currently working for a consulting firm based in San Francisco.
I'm the owner of a duplex in Berkeley. The location is perfect; one block away from North Berkeley BART and only a few minutes walk from Berkeley's famous Gourmet Ghetto. Perfect for visiting Cal parents and those who just want to explore Berkeley!
