The space
Villa Aktaia is a luxury villa with private pool. It is located on a small hill overlooking Parikia bay and is surrounded by 8.000m of a mild Cycladic landscape with a private swimming pool (4 x 12m). Dressed in fabulous white, Villa Aktaia, right in front of the pool can comfortably accommodate 9 guests (between of them, at least 1 child). Stylish and minimal, all its 4 en suite bedrooms, living and dining area and the spacious verandas, are facing the sea and the unique Aegean sunsets. Villa is only 2,5 km away from the port and 15 km from the airport, with an easy access to the beautiful sandy beaches all around the island and its picturesque villages.
The villa consists of two levels. At the Ground floor you will find the living and dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 3 bedrooms 2 of them with en suite bathrooms and the third one with private shower bathroom just across. At the First floor there is one more bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Other things to note
Please read the following RULES before proceeding with booking your holiday at villa Aktaia. By confirming the booking it is understood that these rules have been read and accepted without any reservations by the tenant who acts not only on his account, but on behalf of all guests.
Upon arrival, the property owner or the agent will require a hard copy of the id/passport of the person who made the reservation (tenant) and the personal and contact info of the rest of the guests in his company.
Do not dive in the pool.
The pool is 4mX12m long with highest depth 1,50m and lowest 1,20m.
Diving is strictly forbidden in the pool.
The owner of the property and the agent are not liable for any accidents or injuries incurred from diving.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their children.
It is strictly forbidden for children to be alone inside the pool or at the pool area. An adult must always be present to ensure their safety.
The number of guests allowed to sleep in, reside all day long or make use of the house and pool, is only the number of persons agreed on the time of booking. Otherwise, the owner or the agent have the right to cancel the reservation.
Do not run inside, around the house or the pool area! Mosaic floors are slippery especially when wet! The owner and the agent have no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that might occur during the tenant’s or the guests’s stay.
Please respect the quiet hours and lower your voices and/or music between 15:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 08:00
Parties not allowed
Please note that if any neighbours notify the agent or the police of inappropriate noise levels or behaviour that causes disturbance, the owner and agent reserve the right to terminate the stay without prior notice and without refund.
It is not allowed to invite other guests in our villa during your vacation

For your safety, close all doors and windows when you sleep or are out of the house. The owner and the agent have no responsibility for any loss of valuables.
No lifeguard on duty (According to the article 46 L.4688/2020).
You swim at your own risk.
By confirming the booking it is understood that the tenant, and the rest of the guests in his company, have read and accepted the above house & pool rules and also, that both the owner and the agent disclaim responsibility for any injuries, accidents or material loss that might occur during their stay.
