Spacious apartment in One of Mumbai's historic village located centrally in heart of Bandra/Khar. A fusion of modern and traditional, and East meets West, in one of Mumbai's hippest suburbs.

There are many gourmet restaurants,fast food corners, coffee shops, bakeries, Ice Cream Parlor,bank ATM ,shopping within distance of 1km.

Walking around on Carter road watching sun sets and enjoying cold ocean breeze feels great which is just 5 mins walking distance

The space
Sam Place is located at KharDanda in one of Mumbai's Historic Village. Its hub for local migrants coming from different parts of India to city of Mumbai. Though its an historic village but is a safe place. You will experience hustle and bustle along with all festival celebration with local people staying since ages.

This is full furnished apartment on 2nd floor of building and has a spacious living area, kitchen with stove/ refrigerator and all basics vessel for cooking , one double bed bedroom with locker- wardrobe and one bathroom (Bathroom has hot tap water for bath and a shower with normal water only no hot shower)

We will provide you with separate floor mattress for more than two guest.

WiFi is unlimited usage no Charge !

There is AC installed as optional amenities Pay as Use - charged as per usage at rate of 30 INR per unit. You can easily track your check in and check out AC unit on used on metre fitted in apartment for AC usage &
Pay on check out as per usage.

Because of our very affordable price One of the commonly asked question I received is whether the entire apartment is provided or is it shared place ? So we provide Entire apartment to our guest and upto 4people can stay in your booking . There is no sharing with other people at all. You stay in complete privacy in entire apartment!

This place is located 25-30 minutes away from Mumbai International / Domestic Airport.

As it's located centrally to both Bandra and Khar ....you can reach either of train station in 10minz.

There is a bus stop and auto stand near apartment at distance of less than 100 metres.

On the way to building you will find fruit /veges stalls , dairy , convenience store, laundry for your daily needs.

Ideal for experiencing staying in historic village by the Arabian Sea in heart of Mumbai Suburb - Bandra/Khar full of surprises /adventure/ secret walkway & lot more .....I would suggest if you looking for relaxing holiday this place might feel noisy only at time if there is any festival or wedding celebration.

There is a history about this village make sure to ask your host when you arrive. You will be surprise to know the facts of this Village and explore the hidden walkways of this village.

We have tried taking few pictures of wedding celebration parade from our apartment window which happen atleast twice thrice a month in which you will get to see how Indian Traditional Wedding ritual of groom sitting on horse with umbrella and guards around and his friends family and other neighborhood dancing along the way with band groups playing songs. Young boys and girls dancing .There is drinks/meals offered to guests joining in celebration to bless newly married couple. Feel free to join !

Village People feel very happy especially if you are from overseas joining in their festival celebration or wedding .

On one side of Village is Arabian Sea and other side is one of Mumbai Posh Locality - Bandra where there are many bollywood stars residents. You will find lot of options for shopping in town including LiNKing Road , Elco Market and shopping malls. Here streets stalls contrast with brand name shops, and you'll find a local Indian roadside food vendor on one side of the road and a Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet on the other.
