This spacious garden apt in a 12 yrs old building is sitting in the heart of a historical Bronzeville neighborhood. The unit is setup with all necessary amenities/supplies that will make you comfortable and a memorable trip for you. It is modern, contemporary and a most stay place for a guest like you! I bet you will like it.....

- This Apartment is self-check-in enabled with lockbox at the gate and and
keypad lock on the apartment entrance door.
- A house Manual is available to guest. It contains wifi password details and
other info about the apartment.
- The apartment has 2 bedrooms (2nd and 3rd) open to guests, one Queen and one Full
size bed.
- The 1st rooms is locked - Used for storage room for airbnb maintenance items.
- Google Home Mini with voice assistance is available to you (You can ask
questions and play music, and get weather report or traffic report, you can
ask for locations and addresses. just say "Hey Gogle" and ask.....)
- There is a reading/work space available with free high speed internet
accessibility.
- Complimentary free coffee/Tea/water with snacks is available to guest.
- There is a coin laundry in the building ($2.75/load). Guests are given
complimentary one load of laundry free.
- Hair dryer/ shower gel/shampoo/conditional are provided.
- Cooking utensils are available to guest.
- There is a first aid box inside the bathroom and it can be used as needed. - - The apartment is a smoke/drug free environment.
- This apartment is ZERO TOLERANCE for Party/Events/Get together

level apartment, this is not a concern but worth mentioning.
- Reserve parking space at the back of the building can be requested ahead
of time (request is needed ahead of time and a parking permit will need to
be issued to avoid towing).
- Parking directly in the front of the building is absolutely free and safe.
Street parking is always available.

- This Apartment has a smart TV with streaming apps.
xfinity Blast internet with wifi enabled - Supports upto 5 computers.

- Guest have access to everything in the unit
- Laundry area is shared with other residents of the building.
- The 1st room is locked and not accessible to the guests. This is where
cleaning materials are kept.

other info about about the apartment.
- There is a city transit guide available on the table for guests use to move
around the city.
- Train station is four blocks away and bus stop is a block away from the
apartment.

Other things to note
- Guests bookings are subject to immediate cancellation and the guests will be
asked to leave the apartment without a refund if a party/get
together/gathering of any sort is hosted by guests without prior approval.
- Guests are required to disclose the actual/correct number of guests that will
