A bespoke boutique style loft that can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. A private swimming pool and secure off road parking, what more would you need. Safety and privacy is our one priority and we can ensure you have a wonderful stay! Please be advised the view can be interrupted certain times of the year.

The space
Located on the south side of town on a steep hillside in a quiet development that is a 5 minute walk to town. This two bedroom loft has two bedrooms ensuite with glass encased showers and hot water that never runs out. Luxury king size bed upstairs and two twin bunk beds downstairs. Open plan kitchen and living area that opens up onto a gorgeous swimming pool. The kitchen is fully operational with everything one needs to create a tasty meal. Its a home away from home.

Guest access
You have full access to everything we provide in the loft, private pool, off road secure parking. Smart TV in the lounge with a fold out couch and wireless internet.

Other things to note
I pride myself on running successful rentals and the loft is done in high quality products and checked daily by housekeeping. I only ask for you to please look after the loft as if it were your own.

Santa Cruz boutique development is located in a private, secure development that has fully paved roads. It's on the south side of town, a 5 minute walk into town. The barrio is secure to walk through and many times the locals will greet you. It is uphill but know that a dip in the pool makes it worth the walk.
