We decided to stay at Alexandra's house because we needed a quick get away close to DC. With no traffic, the house was 45 minutes from the Capital Building so super convenient. It is certainly one of the prettiest areas I have see, especially with the sunrise and sunsets over the Bay. We explored some state parks that were really neat and about 1/2 hour away. The only downfall was the lack of central air which Alexandra told us about before booking. We were there when it was in the mid 80s and pretty humid so in the evening the house got warm, especially if we were cooking. We also traveled with our 2 year old which never quite provides for a relaxing trip... I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet escape and enjoy nature. There is a blue heron that frequents the area and very cool to watch!

This was a very nice home right on the water. The kayaks were great! Our family really enjoyed the location - secluded for our family time, but close enough to drive to DC, Annapolis and North Beach for fun outings.

Great vacation! The cottage was lovely, with all of the comforts of home, and a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. The hostess was very helpful and prompt in responding to all questions and very knowledgeable about the area.

What a wonderful location and charming cottage. It is situated on a quiet street with sweeping views of the bay and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed listening to the water and watching the boats pass by the house. The screened porch was perfect to enjoy the late summer, early fall weather. The cottage was well equipped, clean, and had the charm of a well loved home. The host was easy to work with, flexible and responsive. We would definitely recommend this cottage on the bay for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from it all.

Absolutely fantastic. Could not have asked for more. Great location, very relaxed but then close to towns and possible needs. This cottage is so thoughtful! If you think you forgot something, it probably has it! Would recommend to anyone. Water views are incredible from almost anywhere you chose to be in the house!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Tracy's Landing. My husband and I are from Maryland and being able to share the best part of Maryland with our kids and family is magical. Thank you Alexandra, we hope to make your lovely place a new family tradition.

The house and location were fantastic. We spent as much time outside as we could, until the horrible heat drove us indoors. The multiple fans and bedroom air-conditioners were much appreciated. We really enjoyed watching the ospreys and herons, and even had a bald eagle visit us for a morning. Such a lovely place, and Alexandra was so helpful and accessible throughout our stay.
