Great Place to stay. It was close to a gas station and with in walking distance to town. Holiday Valley was about 2 streets away which makes it very nice. The house is quite comfortable and accommodated everyone. We had a wonderful time there.

Nice place, walking distance to main strip. Patricia was easy to work with and got back to me right away when I had questions.

Location, location, location! Conveniently located – a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town. The house is cozy and well stocked. The hot tub is a lovely way to relax and wind down after a long day. Patricia was a responsive and generous host, leaving us a nice bottle of bubbly for the New Year!

Excellent place. The house was tastefully seasonally decorated; the hot tub was great; and the space looked just like the pictures.

Review: Plus: Accommodations and location were as advertised. House was very homey and tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were very nice and house was clean. Negative: There was a lack of complete instructions. l. What if anything did the renters need to bring: towels, washcloths, paper products, etc? The rental did not have soap or toilet paper in bathrooms, no dish towels or dish clothes in the kitchen, inadequate amount of bath towels , no proper size sheets on some of the beds. * Not a problem if informed ahead of time so you could bring (URL HIDDEN) these items. 2. Only 4 coffee mugs were provided for 6 people and the ice maker in the refrigerator did notwork. Refrigerator, freezer and cupboards were filled with used food items (URL HIDDEN)(not very appealing). 3Medicine cabinets in bathrooms were filled with used toiletries’ and tooth brushes that were assumed to be from previous renters (again: not very appealing to new renters). 4. Only 4 chairs, one broken, on the deck. Not adequate for a rental that sleeps six. Again, if told to bring your own outside chairs, that would not have been a problem. 5. Instructions when leaving only said “ leave as you found it” but (URL HIDDEN)what does that mean!!! where do you leave used towels? should beds be stripped or just left unmake? what do you do with used sheets if you strip beds?

My host was very helpful. The neighborhood had a lot of traffic and a little dog barking. The kitchen had old food dried on the wall, range oven and drawer was dirty ,so was the toaster oven and the (URL HIDDEN) hair on clean sheets.I clean up all that I could.Oven cleaner wouldn't spray,so I did the best, with what I had to work with.Old food in refrigerator too.Dishes on the shelf keep falling ,when I was washing towels and broke one of the bowls, almost hit me in the head,so I lay the dishes flat.So they couldn't fall anymore.

Patricia was very responsive and flexible. The house is in an excellent location to walk to town. The yard is big and fenced. Definitely worth the value!
