A private suite with private bathroom and entrance for single occupancy. Recently remodeled and no shared common areas. Central location within walking distance of downtown Sunnyvale, within 5 minutes drive to Highway 85 and 101 and close proximity to all the major tech companies (Apple, Google, Linkedin).

The space
The suite includes:
- a queen bed and a night stand
- a desk, office chair and desk lamp
- a dining table with hot water kettle + coffee/tea/cups
- a mini fridge and a microwave (as there's no kitchen access)
- personal private ensuite bathroom

Guest access
This is a total private suite that is only accessible by our airbnb guests via the side gate/garden area. The suite is at the back of the main house. There is no access to other area of the house and is totally separated.

Other things to note
- Please note that there's no kitchen access but a microwave and mini-fridge is provided inside the guest suite. A hot water kettle is also provided.

- Plenty of free street parking.

- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.

- No visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the suite. Thank you for your understanding

- No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property

- The suite is part of a single family home which has central air-conditioning and heating. Unlike a hotel room there is no separate temperature control just for this suite however a space heater and a fan is provided for the guest's use inside the room.

- No use of backyard/front yard

- We are walking distance to Sunnyvale Caltrain station and so there's train whistles occasionally. This doesn't bother most of our guests at all but you are sensitive to such noises this may not be the right place for you.

- Please do not use our address to receive any mails
