The apartment is a furnished one-bed room walk-up (2nd floor). I am looking for one individual who will stay for at least 1 months and up to 3 months.

Great location right across the street from Barclay's Center / Atlantic Terminal with access to the 2,3,4,5,N,R,Q,B,D subway lines and Long Island Rail Road. Less than 20 minutes from Manhattan.

Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and bars and easy access to supermarkets, laundry mats and Atlantic Terminal Shopping Center.

Other things to note
No elevator and apartment is on the second floor. Also, there is no laundry room in the building so guests use a nearby ( 3 minutes walk) laundromat with dropoff service.
