Let me first tell you something about myself (as I live in this apartment too):
My name is Martin, I am 32 years old and I have been living in Berlin for about over an decade.
I am working as a cameraman and photographer and i do music.
Within the last years I used to rent out my guest room for friends and friends of friends who had short term stays in Berlin for work, study, holiday and other reasons; normally they were staying here for a couple of months; sometimes longer, sometimes even shorter.
The location itself, the Linienstr., is a lively street in the heart of Berlin Mitte; there is lots of cafes, bars, galleries and little shops in walk-by distance. As well, many of Berlins famous locations, such as the "Museumsinsel", "Friedrichstr.", "Hackesche Höfe" are nearby.
And last but not least this area is famous for its clubbing locations.
Public Transportation is also perfect.
There is subway, s-bahn, tram and bus service:

So, no problem to quickly hop-over to another district if.....
The House and The Flat:
The House itself is a typical "Berliner Altbau" with high ceilings and nice wooden floor; as you can see in the pictures the apartment has been nicely refurbished lately. It has a new bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The big kitchen is as well fully equipped and a nice place to cook and sit together at the big wooden table.
The size of the room is app. 14sq. m.; it is fully furnished (bed for two people, closet rail, cupboards); you have a nice view of an old Berlin backyard and a beautiful shad.
Smoking: I do smoke, but i use the kitchen window. If you smoke too, you can join me at the window.
Thats it! If you are interested or in case you have any question feel welcome to contact me...
