This condo is a fully furnished unit & remodeled to a Tee with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; including a separate living & dining room area, full-size kitchen, a den (WiFi included) & screened lanai with an amazing view overlooking the lake & water features.

Enjoy the Florida sun while watching golfers approach the tenth green of the Championship Flamingo Golf Course, birds gathering by the lake, or a turtle walk by as you relax on your lanai. Spend a day poolside swimming or lying on a chaise lounge or unwind in the spa after a day of sightseeing. In addition to the pool, the clubhouse offers an exercise room, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and tennis courts nearby. Marco Island and Naples beaches are only a 15 minute drive. Wildlife viewing is available in the nearby Rookery or the Everglades.
