Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
An air conditioned sunlit open airy bedroom in a palatial bungalow with large balconies overlooking a lovely garden and attached bathrooms . Prime Location -Very near City Montessori School, Taj hotel, malls, rammanohar lohia and janeshwar mishra parks. Lots of eateries nearby and swiggy and zomato doorstep delivery. We have 2 separate listings with identical facilities and rooms.

The space
It is very conveniently located, yet quite place. Its a private bungalow with its own fountain and garden, a library and huge open spaces as terrace balconies.

Guest access
The dining space, lower and upper lobby, balconies, garden and driveway.

During your stay
The bungalow belongs to a busy lawyer couple, the lady of the house would neverthless love to engage with guest whenever there is time, and someone is usually around in case any help is needed.
There is a full time caretaker to assist the guests and attend to their needs

1. This is a private bungalow with its own fountain and garden, a library and huge open spaces as terrace balconies.
2.Simple and nutritious Home cooked breakfast and dinner is available on charge on advance notice . Breakfast - 200 rs and Dinner - 250 rs per person.
3. Airconditioning charges on user basis. 250 per day when used.
4. A paid washing machine is available -150 rs per wash cycle. Ironing facilities also available at nominal charge.
5. There is a electric kettle with tea , coffee provided in the rooms.
6.All other basic facilities - wifi, linen, towels, soap , handwash etc are provided.
7. Coasters are provided everywhere for use , please use them . You will be responsible for any damage to the furniture. This is a home and please use the space like you would your own space.
8. If you borrow books from the library , please let us know and remember to return them before leaving.
9. If you want to check in earlier than 12 p.m or later than 10 p.m , please inform us well in advance to check what is possible. This is a homestay , not a hotel room .
10. Single and double occupancy charges are different , so please book accordingly. We already offer our most reasonable rates on the platform
