Welcome to one of the best Southeast neighborhoods in Portland for families, friends and foodies. This quiet and cozy South Tabor home will keep you safe and snug. Near Division St. and the Hawthorne District, it's perfectly located, a short drive to all the fun but not in the thick of it.

Relax at the backyard's patio dining table or pull one of the Adirondack chairs up to the fire pit.

The space
There is Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and other apps ready for you to log into your account (but no cable), a coffee maker, gas range and oven, a new refrigerator and all the basics for cooking and dining. The main level has 2 twin beds, a Queen and a Queen sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo and is between the bedrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the main level as well. There is a Bonus Room upstairs with another Queen bed.

You can enjoy the summer months on the backyard patio having meals at the outdoor dining table and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. When it's cooler, light a fire in the fire pit (on Fire Safe days only). The back yard is through the gate down the driveway.

There are really nice people quietly living in the basement apartment below the house. They are always respectful of the guests in the Airbnb so we thank you for having the same respect for them.

The laundry room is in the basement and there is plenty of street parking out front. Please leave the driveway for the use of the basement tenant.

South Tabor is a quiet residential neighborhood between the bustling streets of Division and Powell. According to Travel Portland, “You could plan a week’s worth of meals on Southeast Division Street, the city’s hottest dining corridor, and still not hit all of the must-try restaurants.”

This neighborhood is a sweet, middle class area (highly sought after for people looking to live or rent long-term), perfect for families or laid back groups who want a more authentic neighborhood experience.

There are great restaurants and shops all within a 6 - 10 minute drive or ride from here. It's a great neighborhood to walk in, especially if you want to hike up to Mt. Tabor, but walking to the shops and restaurants nearby takes about 30 minutes. I always drive, Uber or Lyft wherever I want to go - it's only 10 minutes to all the East side fun, and not much longer to downtown.
