Cute front porch and large back deck with patio seating and gas grill. Everything is included for your perfect beach escape. Includes 2 beach badges, beach chairs and 2 bicycles. Ages 16 and under are free

Our neighborhood is full time-time residents of Belmar,NJ. They are nice people. It is extremely important to us that our guest are respectful and considerate regarding noise levels.

This cozy cottage is perfect for your beach getaway! L st beach is across the street and free! Walk to Marina Grill, Bar A and 9th Ave Pier for great dining experience. Dairy Queen, 711 and The Windmill are just a few minutes walk! Bedroom has 1 queen bed for 2 people, the second bedroom has a twin bed with trundle pull out (does not pull out 100%- perfect for a child)) Living room has a sofa.
