PRIVATE home, situated on 4 acres! 5 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen (seating for 13) full laundry, 8 TV’s , large outdoor entertainment area, salt water in-ground pool, NEW putting green, and beautiful oasis landscape!! The front of the house boasts flat land showcasing a pasture AND just 15 minutes from the Augusta National gates and 6 minutes from ANWA in Champions!

The space
Downstairs level contains the laundry room with half bath, eat in full kitchen with attached pantry and dry bar. Office, living room and sunroom as well as the master with a full bath and another half bath off the living room.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. Both contain a jack and Jill bathroom.

Outside you will find a covered back porch off the eat in kitchen. This leads to the in ground pool, entertainment area with outdoor eating and relaxing, grill and blackstone for cooking. Recently added a new putting green and a turf area!

Completely private home on a private road. The street only contains 9 homes!
15 minutes from the Augusta National and 6 minutes from Champions Retreat for the ANWA.
