Relax and unwind in luxury while you enjoy the quiet bush setting in your private, modern, studio apartment .
Meet some of the furry and feathered locals as they visit on the grass in the evening.
Enjoy the close proximity (less than 1km) to bush walking and mountain bike tracks and within 5km of great swimming beaches.

The space
Situated on a private 2.5 acre bush block, close to Penguin mountain bike park, bush walking tracks, and Moto cross track.

Enjoy a queen size bed with natural wool doona/quilt, Egyptian cotton sheets, and electric blanket.

The apartment has a split air conditioner for heating or cooling, mobile phone charging ports and a 40" TV which has a built in DVD player with remote. We have an extensive DVD collection and they are available for a $20 deposit.

We have no internet access so enjoy the tech. downtime. We do however get good mobile phone coverage.

Kitchen/cooking facilities are limited. We have a microwave for basic cooking/reheating, a toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and crockery. We provide coffee (plunger and instant), tea, sugar, and full cream milk.

Let us know your accommodation needs as we can set up a porta cot and stretcher bed for additional guests or if you want a separate bed for a child.
