Our charming Sablaise stone fisherman's house awaits you in a very quiet street (Abbé Marceau) 50 m from Les Sables beach and 200 m from all shops. Fully equipped, "4-star furnished tourism" class, very comfortable, with fireplace in the living room and outdoor patio for 6 to 8 people maximum.
4 bedrooms are waiting for you (including 2 large upstairs and 2 smaller adjoining outdoor access through the patio), upstairs bathroom (including bathtub with blender) , and also independent upstairs bathroom (mixer shower), 2 independent toilets including one downstairs, equipped kitchen, adjoining the living room on one level on a green patio and enclosed walls. (One floor).

High chair and baby cot on site for your little ones, upon request.
Free and easy parking on the street and in the neighborhood.
Possibility to store your bikes, strollers and surfboards or sailboards in the garage in front of the house.
