Great location, 4 minutes (by car) from Park Lagos Shopping Mall, 13 minutes by car from downtown and the fort beach, as well as markets and pharmacies 3 blocks away. The space
The space is a single house that sits in the back of co-host Maria Socorro's house, my mother. It has a wall dividing the two spaces, and the backyard is very open, giving guests privacy. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen 4-seater dining table, basic equipment: pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, among other utensils. Living room with sofa bed for two seats, a small bathroom with hot shower, a balcony and large backyard.

Other things to note
The house is an old building, glued to the backyard of a neighbor whose land is a higher meter, so during rainy seasons the living room wall gets humid. The walls are always being waterproofed and painted but unresolved. Because of this, the house is not advisable for people who have any breathing allergy problems, also remembering that the city of Cabo Frio has the sea, so it is common to find the smell of mold in the older house. Other than that, the house is in good shape, with huge windows that make it more airy.
