Equipped with every comfort, with private parking and garden.

The apartment is part of a villa of 1930s, completely renovated, it has 1 double bedroom, lounge area with dining table surrounded by large windows, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a beautiful outdoor terrace with table, chairs, deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular view.
Following the regional regulation dGR 7095 18/09/2017, the fireplace is not usable.
