On the first floor of a small old building of two apartments, completely renovated, with luxury services. Spacious terrace with plants and garden furniture, bar with stools. Pleasant living space, two completely independent bedrooms with bathrooms, a bathtub. Above the harbor, shops and restaurants. In the living room: library with books and comics, board games, TV & wifi.

Dishwasher, wifi, art books, French novels, comics and children's books, board games, outdoor bar. A personal place to live, I am a plastic arts teacher in Port-Vendres and spend my free time most of the time in Sète.
