This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
B Cosy Cottage is a freestanding house nestled in close to the centre of the scenic town of Bremer Bay. Perfect for a small family getaway. From the house you get magical views of the UNESCO listed Fitzgerald River National Park and even get a glimpse of Bremer Bay's Main Beach. The house is only a short stroll away from the newly finished civic square including the amazing skate park, a nature based playground and great BBQ facilities. The local General Store is also just down the road (700m).

The space
The space
A tiny cottage is a 2 bedroom transportable home that was built in January 2019.
The first bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single bed at top) and there is also a sofa bed available in the living area.
TV incl. satellite channels are available in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has got a shower and washing machine.
An umbrella and table with chairs are available outside to enjoy the stunning summer days in the Bay.

Guest access
B Cosy Cottage is located on the same property as A Cosy Cottage. The house is exclusive to the guests of B Cosy Cottage and guest enjoy their own driveway and small outdoor area. However it may be possible to see a fellow guest from the cottage next door outside.

Other things to note
Check in
You can check in to the house any time after 3pm. There is a lockbox on the outside of the house and instructions on how to access it will be provided close to your stay.

Baby’s and toddlers
Kids under the age of 6 stay for free! Please let us know the exact number of guests when you send us a message but when you book the cottage, only include numbers for adults and kids from 6 years onwards. A portacot can be made available on request.

Other things to note
Upon departure, please leave the house in a clean and tidy state. Ensure all dishes are washed (we are happy to pack away) and leave any towels you have used on the bathroom floor.
We are all human and accidents happen. If they do however, please report any breakages of furniture or equipment to us before you check out.

Bremer Bay is home to the "Bremer Canyon" where Orcas (killer whales) can usually be seen from January to April.
And if you keep an eye out, you might spot some Southern Right or Humpback whales during the months from May to October.
