I have written a policy on the website Description that the premise is NOT suitable for children under 5 yo due to its design, bathroom and safety reason (there is stairs which children would like to explore). I also HAVE MENTIONED this policy on the the messaging threads before she booked but she chose and insisted to stay with her mom, a heavy smoker husband and a nanny who are in charge for one young kid and a baby, A SLIDE and A SWING for their kids! I did everything she asked to suite her kid and baby needs because I felt pity for a young family who has a special need child. I even moved a queen size mattress to another room on her requests, put dolls and stuff to comfort the kids. But she definitely had no appreciation to what I did at all! What is evident that she lied is the fact that: She altered her reservation within two hours since check in! 2 hours! How could she gave an accurate review if she super shortened her stay! It is absolutely a fallacy to report that the house was not properly cleaned! Read other reviews to prove that Putri LIED! Infact, it was her husband who, knowing that their a no smoking policy (again, a;ready written in the Description), left a pile of cigarette ash in the bath room, ashtray and made the main bedroom smelled. So, who are not clean? Who broke the rule? I even r painted the house before she came! Rain did not come the room unless they forgot to closed the windows which was absolutely their negligence. It is also a big LIE to say that her children could not go out; in fact, they wandered around in the backyard garden and the fish pond that they seemed to enjoy. Perhaps they filed a false and unfair review because they were upset as their money was not refunded full ( again, they did not read the Description and Airbnb policy). I can't believe my bad luck for hosting this mean people. I have opened my house for these strangers, leaning my No Baby policy, re arrange my house as she asked, and all I got is a fake and unfair review! For all prospective guests, it always wise to read through the Description before you book, communicate with your host, and if you choose to stay, believe me, your host will do exceptional things to make your stay comfortable! It does not make sense to leave the premise uncleaned during your stay. After your stay, please leave some review in good faith. If you'd like to leave some suggestion for improvement, write it after you finish writing your review, Airbnb does provide a suggestion box for such purpose. This business is not about money. Believe me, Airbnb is not a money making machine but is all about personal relationship and trust. Hello Airbnb, can you do something with your system to protect hosts around the world from being treated unfairly by their guests reviews?
