You will find yourself minutes away from ocean beaches, ponds, rail trail, Wellfleet Bay Life Sanctuary and the Cape Cod National Seashore. The space
On the first floor you will find a large, airy master bedroom with queen size bed and attached bath. Both the open concept kitchen/dining room and large living room open directly to an expansive deck offering seating for outdoor dining with umbrella as well as lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. A gas grill and outdoor shower are steps away. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, one equipped with a queen size bed and the other with two twins, and full bath with tub/shower. A 1/2 bath on the 1st floor is located off the well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wifi, HD TV's, beach chairs, and a basketball hoop are among the many amenities.
