Welcome to our comfortable and fabulous apartment.
The space
The apartment is located in a quiet road end and can accommodate 6 people plus infants. Portable cot can
be hired （$10 for the whole stay）and high chair is provided. It is a modern and comfortable apartment.
It is on level 2 of the building. There is a lift if you donot want to use the stairs.
As for the living room, it includes a comfortable leather sofa and big liquid crystal TV. Elegant sheer and curtain to shade the lounge for your relaxation and entertainment leisure. There is an excellent natural air cross-ventilation.
Our kitchen provides all new electrical appliances and cookware. We provide gas cooktops and instant-hot-water system. You can cook your delicious meals during your stay here.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment with supply of laundry detergent.
Our spacious balcony face the morning sunrise but in the shade by early afternoon. It is just a great place to relax after a busy day with view of beautiful lake, the hills and Cannington residential.
Our beds are selected from department store or quality furniture shops, solid timber or fabric integrated. The mattress are supper comfortable with medium to firm hardness and chiropractor approved.

Parking is free inside and outside of Focal apartment. We have one secure inter parking area for the guests and adequate exterior parking for visitors. In addition, on the ground floor internal car park there is a bicycle rack area and rubbish bin room.

Modern brand new apartment fully equipped with stylish furniture located close to Westfield Carousel Shopping Center, train station, bus stop at door step, various styles restaurants, hoys cinema, chemist, convenient stores, supermarket and parks whilst it is quite and tranquilly sit a couple of hundred meters away from the Main Street and with city view and lake view.
The apartment is on level 3- top floor of the new building consisting of 25 modern apartment and it was furnished to a 5 star standard. The leather sofa, real timber dinner and bed, quality white goods, beautiful bed linen, towel and tasteful color scheme will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment has a 30 Sqm balcony with city view and lake view. The ventilation is great if you leave the window open and let the natural breeze to come in, although there are THREE air-conditioner units to cool or warm the space.
This is located in the city centre in City of Canning, you will find it more convenient and fun than CBD where restaurants opens until 10:00pm, 24 hours Macdonald, cinema to midnight, Victoria parks cafe and restaurant strips filled with Asian, Western Cuisines and popular bars open till very late. There are spicy Sichuan food to choose, Aussie Steak, Japanese ramen, Indian, Italian, etc.
