The space
THIS HOUSE IS ONLY FOR FAMILIES; ONLY FAMILY GROUPS ARE ALLOWED.
This house is spectacular. It has an unparalleled view from its social areas and terrace, it is very cool, surrounded by carefully designed tropical gardens that manage to generate a perfect harmony between architecture, landscape and mountains.
It can accommodate up to 16 people in its 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The master bedroom has AC.
Important: NOISY PARTIES OR EVENTS are not ALLOWED. The house is located in a family condominium; if you plan to make parties we can offer you other houses more suitable to those plans NO MUSIC OR NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 1 AM!
The entry of vanes, buses, minibuses, busses and busses is prohibited to the condominium: only private cars are allowed. No Drone Flying: Fines apply.
The house is pet friendly for up to two pets by paying the pet fee posted on the listing and following the pet rules.
The condominium in which the house is located makes a single charge at the entrance of COP$22,000 pesos/person for guests over 12 years old.

Please note, the cleaning fee charged on the Airbnb reservation and the employee fee are different. The small Airbnb cleaning fee covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The service employees' fee covers their work during your stay and you pay them directly to them before checkout.
Please note: NO LOUD PARTYING OR EVENTS ALLOWED, the house is located in a family condominium, if you plan a party at TopSpot we can offer you other houses that are better suited to your plans. NO MUSIC OR NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 1 AM! Maximum Music Volume is 65 Db at day and 55 Db at night measured in the parking lot. If there is non-compliance there is high fines of the condominium and will be reflected in your review on Airbnb.
You are responsible for your groceries. It is a custom in our country that the housekeepers DO not bring their own food, please don ´ t forget to bring enough for them too.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
