You will be only a few steps from Arts et Métiers, Place de la République, the Temple and Réaumur Sébastopol, and therefore the possibility to reach all the sites of interest very easily.

Features enjoyed by my guests :

- Bright, pleasant and authentic, the studio is located in a quiet courtyard decorated with plants. It has a surface area of 24 m² of which 18 m² is for the living room plus a mezzanine of 4 m², so 28 m² of living space, ideal for 2-4 people.
- You will be located in the Marais Nord - next to Arts et Métiers in Paris 3rd. A privileged location to discover one of the most beautiful areas of Paris.
- The accommodation is fully equipped: linens, towels, vanity kits and some Nespresso capsules will be provided. It is equipped with Wifi optical fibre.
- The apartment has been completely refurbished with the utmost care, taste and high quality materials.

- The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer, bath linen, a hairdryer and toiletries.
