This room is perfect for couples and single travellers,
It's part of a lovely countryside house, 2 km walk from two amazing Ericeira World Surfing Reserve beaches:, Coxos, São Lourenço, and Calada. You can hike or cycle to the beach! The house has all the amenities and a grocery store nearby. Set in the way of a hiking trail, it provides relaxing time with view over the green landscape. Great for surfers and nature lovers!

The space
Welcome home!
This room has a double bed and its apropriate for one or two people. It has a balcony with view to the green landscape where the sun sets.
It's part of a two storey house with a spacious living room with a fireplace, a shelf full of books, TV and stereo.
The kitchen is large and you can have your meals with a view to the landscape. You can use the microwave, fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and the rest of the kitchen's equipment.
There are 2 bathrooms (one in each floor) with shower.
To the guests, I offer 2 closets, fresh towels and linens, tea and coffee.
There is garden outside and an outdoor lounge area where you can sunbath.

The house is set in a rustic typical Portuguese seaside small village. Here you can have a taste of the real Portuguese countryside while you are few minutes away from Ericeira bustle. People are kind and friendly, busy on their daily agriculture routines in the vineyards and fruit trees' plantations. It's a peaceful place with beautiful sunsets. Right next to the house there is a grocery store where you can find fresh typical bred and cheese, biological eggs, and more. By car, you are in any big supermarket and good restaurant in less than 3 minutes.
