The space
This is a private room with a bathroom next to the room (not attached-but only used by you). I do have a cat, but she mainly stays upstairs.
***No pets/children allowed at this listing***

I work in my home office during the work week. It is across the hall from the guest room, so this space may not be ideal for someone having a stay-cation or wanting to sleep in on the weekdays, though I do try to stay quiet in the mornings!

Parking is free and easy if you have a car. I live on a quiet residential street. If you are a coffee drinker, I have a Keurig and K Cups (different kinds) so you can have a morning coffee.

I have a space in the fridge for guests, a microwave and toaster oven. I have plates, cups, silverware, etc... I don't allow guests to cook meals in my kitchen using the stove/oven.

If you need to change check in/check out times, please contact me prior to booking to make sure I can accommodate you.
