It is very rare that we get a scathing review, and this is certainly one of those occasions.
Upon check in the guests, as with all of our guests, are greeted by our guest relations manager, who specifically asks if there is anything that he can assist with and if everything is OK at the villa.
It is true that it was immediately brought to our attention that the pool light fitting had come loose.
This was fixed IMMEDIATELY
There was 1 loose tile in the pool, fixed immediately.
There was also animal poo from wild animal, which was cleaned up straight way, Bali is a tropical Island and has bats and foxes etc, and if they make a mess (which of course is the case anywhere world wide where there are animals) then it is completely unreasonable and absurd that criticism is directed to us for this.
There are over 30 reviews posted on the internet on various sites for Villa Aisha II, all of which are positive.
Never did the guests mention at any time any other issues, had they done so either to the staff or to our office we would have responded straight away as was the case with the loose tile and light fitting.
The guests were asked every day if there was anything else we could help with.
Sari, the villa manager, has been with us over 6 years, and there are literally 100's of reviews posted where she is specifically referred to and praised, in over 6 years we have never had a complaint about Sari.
The allegations of smelly fish and other matters are simply not true.
What is true is that these were very unruly guests, who left food out (which the staff had to keep putting in the fridge to stop insects etc being attracted), they kept on taking the fruit off one of the fruiting trees and would throw the fruit in the pool everyday, and were generally difficult in the extreme.
