Enjoy our PERFECT Flagstaff location - we have a huge, separate garage/guest space w/private bedroom, small bathroom, efficiency kitchen, living room & wifi. Off Hwy 180, 3 miles N of downtown with Peak hike/trail access across the street!
This is a 2000 sqft + detached, garage/guest house with a living room (with 1 pull out sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 full size + twin), efficiency kitchen and 1 small bathroom. Please note that this has a small shower only, no bath tub. We do have a ping pong table to enjoy! Let us know what you need and we may be able to accommodate you. We may be able to accommodate more than 5 guests please inquire before booking reservation.
We can give you a door code or key & you can come and go as you please. We have ample parking. Very safe area. We will only enter your private space with express permission.
Interaction with guests
You will have privacy but we live in the home in front of the guest house and welcome sharing our Flagstaff knowledge & hospitality if needed/wanted. We have 3 kids, ages 14, 17 & 20 (this one is away at college.)
Other things to note
We rely on older internet infrastructure & it seems to get very slow with any extreme weather. Wifi is sufficient for computer/smart phone use & generally streaming on the TV, however would not recommend if you were relying on fast access for long periods of time in our space such as for work or large amounts of data.
Absolutely NO SMOKING on our property. We have 1 friendly dog but he will be kept separate from guest space. Pets accepted on individual basis. You must inquire with your pet info before booking & pet must be kept in a kennel if left alone in the guest space. Unfortunately we've had some pets who missed their owners when gone & they got into mischief. Flagstaff is very pet friendly though & dogs can often go in many stores & eat on outdoor patios. Biff's Bagels is super dog friendly:)
We are an active family of five (plus one friendly dog) who love Flagstaff and are happy to meet & host those who also love the outdoors and want to enjoy the beautiful Northern Arizona area. Our family motto is "work hard, play hard, be kind!"
