My place is close to parks ( Caprock Canyon ), art and culture,( Amarillo 1 hour away) restaurants and dining ( Lubbock Tx is 45 minutes away ). You’ll love my place because of the coziness, The house was built in 1898, It has some quirky atmosphere !!! 2 story home that we have been restoring for the past 3 years !!. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Upstairs Bath has CLAW FOOT tub only ! No shower:) Downstairs bath has shower only.

The space
Our house was built in 1898 ! We have been in it since 2014, and have been working on restoration ! All the major work is finished, come and enjoy this quirky little home ! maybe 'Henry' will make an appearance ( previous owner , passed in 2006 ~ we LOVE Henry) Currently we are splitting our time between the Lockney house and our place in Brady, so we may not be here to greet you ! Chances are you’ll have the house to yourself. Please remember, we keep our price low because we are still doing work on the home, every time we think we are almost through, we decide to do something else, lol !

There is an additional bedroom for rental as well, upstairs, if you need another bed to accommodate a larger group- let me know
