Welcome home! I'm Jeehyun, a graphic designer. Co-host Toikye is a magazine publisher and my husband :) We've been putting effort into making a comfy place. Two cats- Jambe and Matte are helping us as well. I wish you have a great time in Seoul!

Q: Why this room has only few reviews while it's a super host's place?
A: It is because I only host long-term stay guests. People come to my place usually stays 1-4 months. That is the reason why. When I go to a foreign country, especially for weeks or months, I always had troubles to find a proper place. Why? It was always too short to make a 'contract'. Too expensive to stay in a 'hotel'. Too long to stay in a hostel's 'dormitory'. You know what I'm saying! XD
All I need was just a well-managed room with one helpful friend. That was pretty much all. I want my place to be the place I would like to stay if I came to Seoul City as a foreigner.
Q: Why do you do Airbnb?
A: Through Airbnb experiences as a host, and as a guest, I have got so many friends from different countries with different cultural backgrounds. They definitely have been widen my perspectives. I have to say this Airbnb hosting is a valuable, enjoyable activity for me while paying the bills~.
Q: How many people are staying in the house?
Including me and Toikye, there are usually 3 people staying in the house. There are three rooms. One room is for Aribnb(1 guest 1room), two rooms for me and Toikye.
Q: Is the house for parties or peaceful time?
A: My place is usually calm and private. If you need that kind of place, this is the place. and you can bring your guests up to 3 people(4 total including you) 1-2 times in a week(6 times for a month), without sleepover and go back within midnight! : )

* Your private room:
Super-single bed(110*200cm), desk and chair, cloth hanger, drawers, hair drier, fan, and hitter available.
* Shared Kitchen:
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, blender, toaster, and most of the cooking tools are available. Plus, water purifier is ready for fresh drinking water.
* Shared toilet and shower room:
Toilet and shower room are completely divided. You don't have to wait too long for someone occupying a bathroom while you are in hurry 0_<)/. Plus, there is a small shelf to store your shower thingies in the shower room for your better convenience.
* Laundry and drying machine:
It is so good to have a drying machine in the house! XD.
* Coffee and tea:
Coffee beans, tea leaves and basic coffee tools such as grinder, French press, mocha pot, and pour-over thingies are available!
* Digital lock:
Front door of the house is secured with a digital lock. You don't need to carry a key at all. It's super convenient and safe =)
* Etc:

During your stay
Please feel free to enjoy your private time or ask us to hang out if you feel so! Since, I'm a full-time designer running my own studio, I could be busy sometimes. However, I really love to hang out with people and have fun together!

* Visitors:
We allow visitors, but some conditions are following.
1) everyone should get informed and agree in advance
2) maximum 1~2 times a week
3) maximum 2~3 friends at a time
4) maximum 2~3 hours at a time
5) no sleep-over or later than midnight
* Separate trash policy:
Korean government is kind of being strict with separate trash policy. Food waste, recycles, and normal trash should be separated by regulation. No worries, we will for sure help you to figure it out! Let's go green! XD
* Music/Movies/Phone Calls:
Please use your earphone or close the door when you enjoy music, movies, or phone calls, thank you so much! :)
