-STEEP STAIRS going to lower level. Also, no bathroom on the main floor (warning for mobility issues!)
-HISTORIC - It's remodeled but 100+ year-old wood, which can smell 'musty' and can 'creak' when you walk!

The space
This historic townhome is all brick. This keeps the noise out and keeps the temperature regulated. It is also just steps from fun, fantastic things to do. Like Jazz on the Green in the summer, as well as the night market flea market, and more!

LAYOUT and SECOND *MOBILITY WARNING* Please read entire layout before booking:
-Main floor has a living, dining area and a kitchen
**No bedrooms or bathrooms on main floor**
-Upper floor has two bedrooms, one with one queen bed and one with two queen beds, and a full bathroom (shower, no tub)
-Lower floor is an open bedroom with a full bathroom (shower, no tub)
-Lower floor has laundry but you must walk through the bedroom to get to the laundry.

The whole townhome is yours, from the roof to the basement. no worries about pitter patter of feet or talking too loud.
