Located walking distance to SouthPark Mall, this bright and sunny two bedroom apartment is tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment sits behind our home, so you'll access the place by walking up a side entrance, then to your private building entrance. Convenient, quiet and nicely appointed, this is a perfect home away from home for your next trip to Charlotte. Ideally suited to working individuals who are in town on business.
Please do not use our address for mail or packages.

The space
Large two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The apartment has vaulted ceilings in both the primary bedroom and open living area. There are large windows, a walk out balcony, comfortable seating and ample closet space. Guests tell us it "feels like home". We are professional hosts and our primary concern is that you are comfortable and have access to everything you need.

Guest access
Guests receive a unique custom code to access the door at any time. There are no shared entrances on the property. Guests have the entire apartment level.

Other things to note
We do not allow guests to use our mailing address. If needed, use a local pickup box or a service like ups, or USPS postmaster hold.

Neighbourhood highlights

Huge vaulted ceilings, bright and sunny with skylights, this apartment feels much larger than it's square footage (roughly 1000 sf). It was built in 2005 and has been fully renovated this year. All beds covered with allergy covers. No pets allowed. Amazing location to access all the great Charlotte destinations in SouthPark, Myers Park, Uptown and more.
