This little cottage was built in 1927. It was remodeled in 2018. Small but cozy and an absolute lovely place to stay and so close to so many things. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and dining area and full living room , hardwoods and workstation. Full size washer and dryer. It is a part of Cary’s original history. Dr, JP Hunter was the first practicing physician in Cary and practiced from 1929 to 1959. His original house can be seen on academy st. Walking distance to downtown historical district.

My family & I loved our stay at the cottage. Thank you, Kristin, for being such a wonderful and accommodating host. We enjoyed watching thunderstorms at night out on the porch in the rocking chairs!

We stayed in the beautiful little bungalow for 2 weeks and it had everything that you need. It's full of natural light and all of the little thoughtful touches that made our stay super comfortable. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the porch and walked into downtown Cary…
