Newly furnished, air conditioned, lovely and cozy 2 bedroom apartment. It's on the 2nd floor of a quiet building, in a fenced compound with a yard. Located along the road from Palenque town to Palenque National Park and its stunning Mayan ruins! Only 2 minutes' drive from the city center. Enjoy TV and music channels on our HD screen and cook your own meals in the well equipped kitchen surrounded by tropical trees, inhabited by howler monkeys, iguanas and colorful birds.

The space
The building is located along a quiet unpaved road, off the main road that leads from the city of Palenque to the ruins. there are 5 apartments in the building , but only the 2 apartments on the 2nd floor and the penthouse (3rd floor) are rented through AirBNB, local people live on the 2 apartments on the 1st floor. The neigbours are very friendly and helpful.

Guest access
The nice and peaceful sitting area in the yard and the laundry balcony with a washing machine, where you can wash and hang your cloths to dry, are shared spaces, but you have your own entrance and the apartment is private.
