Stay here. It is basically perfect. This is our favorite Airbnb trip to date. The boat is incredible, the setting is beautiful, Eric is super helpful. Our group of 9 had plenty of room and no problems at all. Staying on a boat is different than a hotel/house but we're boat people and it was all very simple, comfortable, and relaxing. Eric even rescheduled his seasonal boat maintenance to accommodate our group because we were celebrating a wedding. Can't recommend highly enough. We'll be back!

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences ever and we have Airbnb ed in France, Spain and NYC. Eric was welcoming and helpful. I hope to take my family again next summer. Location is fantastic. Walking is scenic and the town is a lot of fun. Enjoy.

Eric had the boat prepped and ready to go when we arrived and was very accommodating on our arrival and departure times. The boat was everything we expected

We rented the boat for a weekend for a birthday party. Eric was not in town so a relative showed us the boat. The boat was under construction, which was not mentioned in the ad. Tools were everywhere, the upstairs head was out of order, and the main deck head broke during our stay. Didn't flush anything that wasn't eaten first (or special toilet paper). Fishing gear was laying around in the common areas, in the kitchen and salon, which we had to move. The kitchen was not well cleaned. The barbecue had no knobs (bust out your screwdriver to turn it on, if you can figure out which way is on), and the propane tank was sitting on a plastic outdoor chair. As well, during the stay, the holding tank started putting off an absolutely horrible smell out the port side vent which overpowered the boat. Nobody used the shower, so I'm not sure what the deal was there. The lower cabins and v berths were the smelliest of any wooden boat I've been on. If I had to use two words to describe our stay on the vattentat, they would be smelly and janky.

Response from Eric:
I was not there to tour Ciara and guests which is unfortunate - the debrief of boat rules is critical with respect to heads, water use, power, etc. They knew I would be absent at check in, but was pressed to accept the request. I was available via cell phone, and other than a departure morning txt and return call about their smells and head issue, I received no contact during their stay. Upon my return to town and further inspection, the guests did manage to fill the 250 gallon holding tank ,which does have an overflow port side through hull the smells described where their own making. Overflow has never happened before. The main deck head was also clogged by the guests after using too much tp. It did dissolve and worked just fine after some pumping. Under construction is not a good description for a little wood work and caulking, something which happens during the dry summer months on wood vessels. At no time were workers working on the above described "under construction" projects. Fishing poles / gear are part of the boat, as are kayaks for use. The upstairs head was decommissioned, 3 heads / showers provided ample opportunity for 8 guests. Smelly and I'll end my comments to their comments now... as I said, it's too bad I could not have been there to check them in, and be sure they understood a boat is not a house. The boat was left in good condition despite house rules not being followed.

The yacht was better than expected! It was completely roomy, clean, and Eric generously and kindly stocked the fridge and pantry with coffee, creamer, beer, soda and bottled waters. We stayed with a total of 11 people and we all had an amazing time. The trip went by way too fast and we'll definitely be back again! Highly recommended.

Response from Eric:
Sarah and friends were a perfect crew. Staying on a boat is always a bit tricky (think electricity and heads) and they did a terrific job navigating the boat do's and don'ts. They are welcome any time, and I'd highly recommend them as future guests.
