The full kitchen includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.

The bathroom includes a sparkling shower and is furnished with towels, and hairdryer.
Laundry
An on-site washer and dryer plus an iron and small ironing board for your use are located inside the guesthouse.
Bedroom
The bedroom includes a queen bed with a comfortable new mattress. Linens are provided. Top-down bottom-up blackout blinds keep the space private, dark at night, and naturally lit and airy all day.
Parking
On-premises parking immediately in front of the guesthouse is included.

A mini-split HVAC provides air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.

Professional housecleaning is provided with stays of two months or more. We will also do routine maintenance inside the guesthouse at this time.
Preferred minimum booking requirements: 3 positive reviews and no negative reviews in the last 5 years. Guests with less history will be considered by providing additional information about you and your time in Portland.
