Luxury villa in an oasis of peace. Beautiful house on the water that is fully equipped. In the summer months there is the possibility to sail and take a dip in the clean water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. The perfect location to relax. A visit to Amsterdam or Utrecht is only 10-15min drive. At night it is very quiet and during the day you only hear the birds and some passing boats. There is a beach club at 10min walking distance for a nice meal or a drink! Perfect for families, not to party :)
The space
Downstairs:
The stylishly furnished villa was completely renovated and renovated in June 2019. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely sitting area, flat screen TV, a modern dining table and in the conservatory there is a wonderful chair to relax in.
Upstairs:
You will find 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are equipped with a nice comfortable bed, enough storage space and are sleekly decorated to the last detail. The beds are made with fine hotel quality bedding. The bathroom is modern and has a wonderful rain shower. Towels are available.
The garden:
With both sun and shade, the garden is a nice place to enjoy the tranquility. You can sit outside, barbecue or stay by the fireplace in the evening. For a fee you can use the boat to spend a day on the water. There is a playground for children, but keep in mind that there is no fence in front of the water.

Guests have access to the entire house.

The house owner lives in the same neighborhood so he can help you whenever you need.
