10 minutes from the beach, our lovely little house is set within over three acres of private gardens and pool . The house is beautifully decorated yet simple, designed by a London architect and boasting an outside waterfall shower and huge private 20m pool this private jungle retreat will give you a proper taste of luxury Sri Lankan living as well as privacy for you to relax and enjoy. Bikes can be provided.

The space
We offer you over three acres of beautiful hillside overlooking paddy fields, coconut plantations and lush, tree-clad slopes; completely surrounded by nature. There is a viewing platform amongst the tree tops where you can relax and watch the world go by. It's the perfect place for enjoying the wildlife or just relaxing and getting stuck into a good book. Ideally located, you have the fantastic beaches of Mirissa and Welligama on your doorstep..... but you can be away from the crowds when you choose. Part of our land is now growing ceylon cinnamon and the rest is thoughtfully landscaped for you to explore and enjoy.

We are in a local village called Henwala and tucked away in the jungle with all the sounds and sights it brings. Very quiet and peaceful, and perfect for you to relax and unwind.. an on-site private chef is available if required and 24 hour security for complete peace of mind.
