The house is in the North side of Cyprus (Turkish side). Fully furnished house with new kitchen and new BATHROOM. Good location, near city centre. It’s a 5 minute drive to the Derinya border. The house is opposite Ghost Town (Varosha) which you can explore. The house is 10 minutes away from the old town. Markets and restaurants are walking distance. You have the whole house to yourself with a small garden and garage to park for free.
