You are welcome to stay in our newly renovated apartment as part of a historic Berliner building with lots of original details as doors and high ceilings. You are sleeping on a luxurious organic latex matress and we believe your karma will appreciate it!

Originaly I was planning to open my photo studio here. But as other projects are waiting for me, you will have first the pleasure to stay here in a unique place..

The space
Oak parquet and high ceilings! You will have the comfort of a brand new bathroom with floor even shower and floor heating. The kitchen and master bedroom furniture is handcrafted by a friend of mine, a local designer and carpenter.

The studio apartment is located in a small sideroad in our up and coming neighbourhood with many nice bars, coffee houses and young restaurants around.
We were focusing to preserve the old substance of the apartment while paying attention to all needs of the modern traveller.

We dont use softener and we iron the bed linen so that you enjoy an almost hotel standard.

The apartment is just 50 metres from the nearest metro station, making it perfectly connected with public transport.

The apartment is located in a small side street in our exciting and lively neighborhood with lots of nice cafés, bars, small shops and restaurants, very close to the legendary Arabic shaped Sonnenallee with a large selection of restaurants, grocery and hip second-hand shops. There are several galleries, a famous art collection, art house cinemas and the Neuköllner Oper within walking distance.
